B9 gelato ice cream display showcase is used for displaying ice cream or cake. This series of small gelato display freezers are smaller than other types. Their core parts consist of compressor, condenser and evaporator. It has an automatic hot gas defrosting system and a curved glass cover with heating wires so that it can display ice cream without fog and frost. Notice
1. Please don’t splash water into small gelato display freezer. It may cause short circuit or electric shock.

8. To avoid electric shock or scald, we must cut off the power before maintenance and inspection.

Maintenance
1. If the small gelato display freezer needs to work all the day, please at least turn off the small gelato showcase for one night every 5 to 7 days. Otherwise the refrigeration system will break down easily.
2. Condenser is used for dissipating heat and usually located behind the shutter. You can clean it once a month to maintain good cooling conditions. Please turn off the power before cleaning and don’t use water in order to avoid electricity leakage.
3. Please don’t pile up goods too close to small gelato display freezer.
4. Please check the power socket regularly. A charred socket should be replaced immediately to avoid electrical components damage or poor contact.
5. You can wipe the inside face of small gelato display case with neutral detergent then clean it by a wet cloth. This step can help showcase smell good.
6. Please don’t arbitrarily adjust and remove the refrigerator and automation components.
